Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NeverMissCo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Description of Services

NeverMissCo provides AI-powered business solutions including but not limited to:

• AI Voice Receptionist services
• Review automation tools
• Website creation services
• Related analytics and reporting

Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Payment Terms

• Fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed
• All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Satisfaction Guarantee below or as required by law
• We may change our fees with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you do not see measurable results within 30 days of activating your service — such as more calls answered, more reviews generated, or more leads captured — you may request a full refund of your first month's service fee.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service activation
• The guarantee applies to the first month's service fee only; setup fees are non-refundable

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription with 30 days written notice. If you are within an initial commitment period, cancellation takes effect at the end of that period. After your commitment period, your plan converts to month-to-month and you may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Upon cancellation:

• Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be issued for partial months
• Your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Interfere with the operation of our services
• Collect user data without consent
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by NeverMissCo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of customer data through our services complies with applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeverMissCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NeverMissCo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
